Shocking Turn of Events: Seattle Drug Deal Arrest
Seattle Police Department (SPD) officers successfully intervened in a Seattle drug deal arrest during a Downtown Seattle anti-narcotics operation on Wednesday night. Around 8:45 p.m., police noticed a 21-year-old suspect involved in what appeared to be a drug transaction near Third Avenue and Pike Street.
When officers approached, the suspect attempted to flee, discarding suspected drug evidence during the chase. The thrilling pursuit ended with his capture at Third Avenue and Pike Street, where officers recovered 25 grams of fentanyl powder packed in small pouches, $421.75 in cash, and a folding knife.
The Seattle drug deal arrest led to the individual being booked into King County Jail for drug possession, sale, and delivery charges. An additional charge of obstructing a police officer was added due to his attempt to evade law enforcement.
