Film Schedule and Highlights
January 11: Robot and Frank
This PG-13 film tells the charming tale of Frank, a retired jewel thief coping with dementia. His son gifts him a robot to assist with daily tasks, but Frank soon discovers the robot’s unexpected potential for companionship—and mischief—as they embark on new adventures together. Starring Frank Langella and Susan Sarandon, this film explores themes of aging, friendship, and second chances.
February 8: A Walk in the Woods
Adapted from Bill Bryson’s memoir, this R-rated movie follows Bryson, played by Robert Redford, as he takes on the Appalachian Trail after moving back to New Hampshire. Featuring Emma Thompson and Nick Nolte, this humorous and touching film captures the challenges and joys of rediscovering one’s zest for life.
March 8: Unfinished Song
In this moving PG-13 film, grumpy pensioner Arthur joins a local choir to honor his late wife’s love of singing. Through music and community, Arthur embarks on a heartfelt journey of healing and reconciliation with his estranged son. Starring Vanessa Redgrave and Terence Stamp, this story highlights the power of love and forgiveness.
